Camp Features Are:

• Remaining Property consists of: Catfish Pond, Pier and Walkway, Deer Pens with 8' Fencing, 24 Metal Gates, 100 Pecan Trees, and a 75x56 Insulated Metal Building with a 1/2 Bath, Electricity, and a Garage Roll-up Door
